A technician was at my house in less than 4 hours after I called EZ Garage Doors. The tech was on time, professional, polite and knowledgable. He didn't try and sell me repairs and parts I didn't need. He gave me several options and quotes and explained in detail the advantages and disadvantages associated with each and allowed me to decide.

Excellent customer experience
I just want to thank you for an excellent customer experience. I called about my garage door and to be honest, I thought it was done. The technician came on short notice. I am so used to people walking up and reciting all the additional things that need to be added etc. He looked over the situation and fixed my garage door without selling me anything I did not need. I work in the Customer Service field and really come to appreciate great service when I get it. Rest assured that when I do need a new door, EZ Garage Doors will be my first call! Thanks for the great service.

Reasonable price
I called EZ Garage Doors this morning after realizing that I couldn't get the garage door open to get my car out and leave for work this morning due to a broken spring. In this case, you can't even open it manually. I had contacted another garage door company first and they confirmed the cost would be over $325 to get them out there asap! That sure did sound like a lot so I called EZ Garage Doors and talked to the technician and he confirmed total cost of $150 TOTAL and NO additional charges as the other company was trying to charge!!! So, over 50% less!!! Anyway, they were here within a half hour as needed, completed the work within another half hour or so then I was off to work thankfully. WILL DEFINITELY USE AND RECOMMEND EZ Garage Doors! THANK YOU for making my day better by helping and being so fair with your pricing, too.

Very good experience
The person I called at the local number was very pleasant and sympathetic to my problem. He said he would have someone out within two hours. The technicians showed up in less than two hours and presented what could be done and alternative solutions. I was very pleased with what he presented to me and they got the door back to new. I am amazed by the rapid service and quality of service. It was a very good experience. Thank you EZ Garage Doors.
